1. I require a reference picture of the character you want me to replicate. Or a detailed description. I WILL NOT go look for it. The reason is because I might get it wrong.
2. Payment must be received via PayPal or Venmo before work will begin on a project costing less than 100 USD. For items more than 100 USD, half can be accepted up front and half plus shipping at time of completion.
3. It is not my responsibility to make sure you provide the correct address on PayPal. So please double check before you buy!
4. Returns - Contact me within 5 days of delivery. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item, just email me and we will discuss sending it back, then for a small fee I can remake it or refund you.
